Ingredients
1poundsharp cheddar cut in chunks
8ouncescream cheesecubed
1/2cupmayonnaiseHellman's or Duke's, just different names depending on where you live, or homemade.
2pimentosjars, 14-ounce, drained
1/3cupchopped fresh Hatch chilesI use the hot ones but you can use mild if you like
1tablespoondijon mustard
A pinch of stevia if needed for flavor
Smoked paprika for garnishand adds flavor
Instructions
Put everything in the bowl of a food processor and pulse until finely chopped and mixed.
Refrigerate 24 hours before using to allow the flavors to blend.
