1/4cupegg whites
1tablespoonCoconut Flour
1tablespoonflax meal
1tablespoonAlmond Flour
1/4teaspoonsalt
1/4teaspoonbaking powder
2tablespoonsmelted butterto cut fat try 1 1/2 teaspoons of olive oil instead of the 2 tablespoons of butter and see how you like it. reduces calories to 318
Instructions
Whisk the egg whites until foamy.
Add the remaining ingredients and mix until smooth.
Spoon into a greased coffee mug.
Microwave for 2 minutes or so, until a toothpick inserted in the middle comes out clean.
