Ingredients
1/4cupegg whitesbeaten until frothy
1tablespoonolive oil
1 1/2tablespoonkalamata olive brine
2tablespoonsflax meal
2tablespoonsalmond meal
1/2tablespooncoconut flour
1/2teaspoonbaking powder
1pinch garlic powder
2tablespoonschopped kalamata olives
Instructions
Beat the egg whites until very frothy.
Stir in the remaining ingredients.
Pour into a greased coffee mug.
Microwave on high for 1 to 2 minutes or until set but the top is moist.
