Sauce
2tablespoonssoy sauce0 carb brand
2tablespoonsrice vinegar
1 1/2teaspoonssugar free sweeteneror to taste
1/4teaspoonpowdered ginger
Beef Mixture
8ounces96% lean ground beef
2tablespoonchopped green pepper
1stalk celerydiced
1tablespoonfinely chopped jalapeno
1tablespoondried onions
Salad Base
2ouncesthinly sliced red cabbage
2ouncesthinly sliced lettuce
1tablespoonroastedhulled sunflower seeds
Instructions
Sauce
Whisk together the soy sauce, vinegar, sweetener, and ginger.
Set aside.
Beef Mixture
Saute the beef in a hot iron skillet until almost done.
Add the green pepper, celery, jalapeno, and dried onions.
Continue to saute until the beef is done.
Add the sauce mixture and turn the heat to low.
Saute until the vegetables are tender, stirring constantly - about 2 minutes.
