Ingredients
10ouncescauliflower
1tablespoonbutter
1tablespooncream cheese
1/4teaspoonsalt
1/2poundBeef BrisketChopped and cooked, preferably smoked)
2tablespoonssalsa verde
2ouncescheeseshredded
1tablespoononionschopped
1tablespooncilantrochopped
Instructions
Steam the cauliflower until very tender.
Drain thoroughly and pat dry with paper towel.
Add the cauliflower, butter, cream cheese, and salt to a food processor.
Process until very smooth and creamy.
Stir in the meat and cheese.
Add the half the cauliflower mixture to an oven safe small tart pan or ramekin.
Bake for 10 minutes at 350 degrees, or until heat through and slightly crispy on top.
Remove from oven, add the salsa verde, onions, and cilantro.
Serve with extra cheese.
