Keto Zucchini Bread

Finding a good ketogenic bread recipe is essential when moving towards this type of diet. Replacing your usual bread with low carbohydrate bread is useful for several reasons: weight loss, diabetes or improving your health. This recipe is easy to make and it only requires 1 hour of cooking.
Note: Keep in mind that a ketogenic bread will not swell as much as a regular one.

- 3 Large Eggs
- 1/2 cup Olive Oil
- 2 3/4 cups Almond Powder
- 1/2 tbsp Baking Powder
- 2 tsp Dried Oregano
- 1 pinch Nutmeg
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 Zucchini unpeeled and grated
Preheat the oven to 350 ° F. Oil a bread pan.
In a bowl, beat the eggs with the oil.
In another bowl, mix together the almond flour, baking powder, oregano, nutmeg, and salt. Pour everything in the egg mixture, mixing gently. Add the grated Zucchini, mix again.
Pour the dough into the mold and bake in the center of the oven for 60 minutes until the bread is golden brown.
Let the bread cool completely before slicing it.
