1tspXylitol
1/8tspCinnamon

Instructions
Spray a microwave safe bowl with cooking spray.
Soften the cream cheese in the microwave for about 30 seconds.
Whisk the remaining ingredients into the cream cheese until well blended ? there wills still be lumps of cream cheese and that?s ok.
Microwave for 1 minute.
Beat smooth with a fork and then microwave until puffy and done, about 1 more minute.
Grate a little whole nutmeg over the top.
Serve hot with butter, 0-carb syrup, or your favorite low carb topping.
