Ingredients

  • 2 oz Cream Cheese
  • 2 Eggs Beaten
  • 1/8 tsp Baking Powder
  • 1/8 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Xylitol
  • 1/8 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp Hemp Seeds
  • Pinch Nutmeg Grated

Instructions

  • Spray a microwave safe bowl with cooking spray.
  • Soften the cream cheese in the microwave for about 30 seconds.
  • Whisk the remaining ingredients into the cream cheese until well blended — there wills still be lumps of cream cheese and that’s ok.
  • Microwave for 1 minute.
  • Beat smooth with a fork and then microwave until puffy and done, about 1 more minute.
  • Grate a little whole nutmeg over the top.
  • Serve hot with butter, 0-carb syrup, or your favorite low carb topping.
