Low Carb Mai Tai Cocktail

This vibrant, fruity, tiki cocktail is full of tropical flavors that will sweep you away to the Caribbean any time of the year.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 ounces spiced rum
  • 1 1/2 ounces white rum
  • 1 ounce sugar free pineapple syrup , more to taste
  • 1/2 ounce sugar free almond syrup
  • 1/4 ounce sugar free orange syrup
  • 1/4 ounce sugar free cherry syrup
  • 1/2 teaspoon lime juice
  • 6 ounces club soda
  • lemon and lime slices for garnish

Instructions

  • Shake all ingredients except the club soda and garnishes in a shaker filled with ice.
  • Pour into an ice filled glass.
  • Top with club soda - if you don't stir it should stay separate as in the images.
  • Garnish with lemon and lime wheels and serve.
