Low Carb Irish Margarita

A bright green margarita with tropical flavor that won't sabotage your low carb diet.

Ingredients

  • 4 ounces silver tequila
  • 1/4 teaspoon pineapple coconut water enhancer 0 carb
  • 1/2 teaspoon "Green Thunder" water enhancer 0 carb - MiO (green)
  • 1/2 teaspoon "Berry Blast" water enhancer 0 carb - MiO (blue)
  • 8 ounces club soda
  • 2 lime slices for garnish
  • Ice

Instructions

  • Add the tequila and water enhancers to a shaker filled with ice.
  • Shake for a few seconds to blend.
  • Add ice to 2 on the rocks glasses.
  • Pour 2 ounces of the tequila mixture into each glass.
  • Top off with the club soda (or Sprite).
  • Garnish with lime slices.
