Pumpkin Pie Protein Shake

A thick, creamy, sweet shake with 50 grams of protein that tastes like pumpkin pie and has just 4 carbs per serving. Use it as a meal replacement or make half the recipe or a great snack. You can even add a couple of ounces of bourbon for a great party beverage.

Ingredients

  • 2 scoops Isopure Vanilla shake powder or your favorite vanilla
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon of cloves
  • 1/4 teaspoon of ginger
  • freshly grated nutmeg for the top
  • 1/4 cup pumpkin
  • 2 tablespoons heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup ice
  • 1 cup water or cold coffee
  • Stevia powder to taste or your favorite sweetener

Instructions

  • Mix on high speed in the blender until thick and smooth

Notes

This has over 50 grams of protein when made without substitution.
