  • 1 tablespoon queso fresco
  • 1 teaspoon fresh cilantro chopped


  • Melt the butter in a small, glass custard cup.
  • Add the salsa.
  • Carefully break the egg into the cup.
  • Cover tightly with plastic wrap.
