- 1 teaspoon of butter
- 1 egg
- 2 tablespoons salsa
- 1 tablespoon queso fresco
- 1 teaspoon fresh cilantro chopped
Melt the butter in a small, glass custard cup.
Add the salsa.
Carefully break the egg into the cup.
Cover tightly with plastic wrap.
Microwave on high for 40 seconds or until the egg is set to your liking.
Sprinkle on the cheese and cilantro before serving.
