Low Carb Daiquiri
Tangy, light, and refreshing -- this is a low carb daiquiri that does everything the regular daiquiri does - except fill you with carbs.

- 2 cups cracked Ice
- 2 ounces rum white
- 1 ounce lime juice
- 1/2 ounce syrup sugar free simple
- 1/4 cup water boiling
- 1/4 cup xylitol
Add cracked ice to your glass to chill it.
Add the rum, cracked ice, lime juice, and simple syrup to a shaker.
Shake well for a minute or so.
Pour the cracked ice out of the glass.
Strain in the daiquiri.
Serve with a lime wedge.
