Tangy, light, and refreshing -- this is a low carb daiquiri that does everything the regular daiquiri does - except fill you with carbs.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cracked Ice
  • 2 ounces rum white
  • 1 ounce lime juice
  • 1/2 ounce syrup sugar free simple

Simple Syrup

  • 1/4 cup water boiling
  • 1/4 cup xylitol

Instructions

  • Add cracked ice to your glass to chill it.
  • Add the rum, cracked ice, lime juice, and simple syrup to a shaker.
  • Shake well for a minute or so.
  • Pour the cracked ice out of the glass.
  • Strain in the daiquiri.
  • Serve with a lime wedge.
