Ingredients

diced ham

ounce
Gouda
diced and smoked
1/2
ounce
cream cheese
cut in small pieces
1/2
ounce
artichoke hearts
chopped
1
egg
2
tablespoons
heavy cream
Salt and pepper
to taste
Instructions
Butter the inside of an individual sized pie pan or custard cup.
Sprinkle ham, Gouda, artichoke hearts and cream cheese in the pan.
Blend the egg and the heavy cream.
Pour over the mixture in the pie pan.
Microwave for 1 minute, or until set.
Let stand for a minute or two before eating.
Notes
You can also bake this at 375F for about 10 to 15 minutes
