Low Carb BLT Wrap with Spicy Chipotle Mayo

There is just nothing like a BLT, especially when you use ripe heirloom tomatoes and add a kick of chipotle! Best of all it's low-carb.

Ingredients

  • 1 Low Carb Wrap I used Tumaros oat with flax 6 net carbs
  • 3 slices crisp bacon
  • 1/2 cup sliced heirloom tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup chopped Romaine
  • 1 tablespoon chipotle mayonnaise

Chipotle Mayonnaise

  • 1/2 cup your favorite mayo
  • 2 teaspoons lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon mashed chipotle pepper in adobo

Instructions

  • Warm the wrap in the microwave for a few seconds
  • Spread with the chipotle mayonnaise.
  • Add the chopped romaine.
  • Layer the tomatoes on top.
  • Add the bacon.
  • Tuck in the ends and roll up.
  • Cut in half to serve

Chipotle Mayo

  • Mix the mayo, the chipotle, and the lime juice until well blended.
  • Keep in the refrigerator in a covered container.
