Low Carb BLT Wrap with Spicy Chipotle Mayo
There is just nothing like a BLT, especially when you use ripe heirloom tomatoes and add a kick of chipotle! Best of all it's low-carb.

- 1 Low Carb Wrap I used Tumaros oat with flax 6 net carbs
- 3 slices crisp bacon
- 1/2 cup sliced heirloom tomatoes
- 1/4 cup chopped Romaine
- 1 tablespoon chipotle mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup your favorite mayo
- 2 teaspoons lime juice
- 1 tablespoon mashed chipotle pepper in adobo
Warm the wrap in the microwave for a few seconds
Spread with the chipotle mayonnaise.
Add the chopped romaine.
Layer the tomatoes on top.
Add the bacon.
Tuck in the ends and roll up.
Cut in half to serve
Mix the mayo, the chipotle, and the lime juice until well blended.
Keep in the refrigerator in a covered container.
