Fast Grilled Chicken with Thai Dipping Sauce Recipe (phase 1, induction)

A spicy, sweet, Thai inspired dipping sauce that has less than half a carb per serving. Use with grilled chicken, pork, beef, or vegetables.

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
  • 1 minced jalapeno
  • 1 minced garlic clove
  • 1/4 teaspoon grated ginger
  • 1/4 cup sesame oil dark
  • 2 tablespoons sesame seeds
  • Stevia or favorite sugar free sweetener to your taste
  • Crushed red pepper to taste
  • Grilled Chicken not included in nutritional info, sliced into bite sized pieces

Instructions

  • Mix all the ingredients except for the chicken and let blend for at least 15 minutes.
  • Use as a dipping sauce for chicken, pork, beef, steamed vegetables, and your fingers.
