A sweet-sour cocktail with a thick layer of foam, this Cherry Gin Fizz has just 1.4 carbs. The amount of foam you get is dependent on how well you shake it so you get a great arm workout at the same time. Or... be unconventional and pulse it in the blender.

1/2oz. Lime juice
1/3teaspoonwhite cherry water enhancer
15drops vanilla stevia liquid
A couple of drops of Fees Orange Bitters
1egg white or pasteurized egg white
Sugar free ginger ale
Add the gin, lime, water enhancer, stevia, bitters, and egg white to a cocktail shaker.
Shake vigorously for several seconds.
Open the shaker, add ice, and shake for another minute.
Strain into a chilled glass.
Add about 4 ounces of the sugar free ginger ale, pouring slowly down the side.
Garnish and serve.
