Ingredients

  • 6 ounces 95% lean ground beef
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 2 tablespoons Parmesan I used Costco's - 1 carb for 2 tablespoons, artichoke, and spinach dip
  • 1 radish shredded

Instructions

  • Salt and pepper the ground beef.
  • Form into a patty and grill to desired doneness - or warm up.
  • Spread the shredded radish over the cooked burger.
  • Top with 2 the Parmesan, artichoke, and spinach dip.
