Atkins caramel chocolate nut roll is an easy snack that can be used to kill chocolate cravings during any stage of the Atkins diet plan.
Obviously one of the most difficult things about being on low-carb is passing up treats like candy bars… at least it is for me . I have a sweet tooth the size of Siberia and when it starts to twang I am done for.
There’s just no controlling it.
Atkins has numerous products that can help you stay on your meal plan. One of my favorites is the Atkins caramel chocolate nut roll. If you can imagine a Payday bar covered in chocolate then you’ve got an idea of the flavor. It is so good… creamy, peanutty, salty, sweet, chocolaty — it’s all right here.
And it is permissible for all phases of Atkins!
During the first few days of induction or at other times when I am having serious cravings I use these kinds of convenience foods to keep me on track. Later on when I am not having those horrid cravings I am likely to grab one when I am not hungry but haven’t eaten in several hours. You know, when I am not hungry and know I should eat I have trouble eating a hamburger or boiled egg but I can almost always choke down some chocolate!
The bars have 3 grams of net carbs and 180 calories. There are 5 i a bo and they cossst something like 7.99 where I live but you can get them on Amazon for 5.89 and if you are a Prime member you get free shipping. This is a GREAT way to get low carb supplies that might be more expensive in local stores because they are specialty items. Just get a few weeks supplies at once for the most cost effectiveness.
Atkins Caramel Chocolate Nut Roll (affiliate link) is one of my very favorite snacks. Give it a try.
